To use the shopping basket:
1. Browse through the book listings until you find a book you want to buy.
Click the 'Add this book' button.
2. You may continue browsing, or click the 'Checkout stand' button
to place your order. Be sure to include all of the requested information.
3. Finally, click the 'Send in your order' button at the bottom of
the Checkout Stand page, and we'll start processing your order!
Orders received by noon ET, and in-stock will be shipped the same day.
To change the contents of your shopping basket:
It's easy, simply click the 'View Basket' button and delete an item or change
the quantity of an item.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed after you submit your order.
we take great pride in having most of our items in stock. But for the rare item that may be out of stock, please indicate whether or not you are willing to wait for backorders (items that are out of stock when your order is processed) by checking the appropriate box on our Checkout Stand page. Be sure to indicate how long you are willing to wait for an out of stock book to be delivered. If the item arrives within the time period you have specified, we will automatically ship that book. You will not be billed for additional backorder shipping charges. Sorry, backorders available only to North American customers.
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged package, return it to your carrier (unopened) for an adjustment.
If your item is defective, return it to us immediately, and we will replace it free
of charge.
